1) Changes

Changes are accepted within 30 days from the date of your order. We accept changes for ”sizes”, but in case the size you would like is not available, then you have the right to change the product with any other product in our e-shop.

The product must not be worn, damaged or altered in any way, and the label should NOT have been removed from the garment. If the above conditions are not met, the changes will not be accepted. The change takes place after you return the product at Baqueeno customer service and it is confirmed that it meets the above conditions.

Shipping costs for changes

i) In case where the initial order had free shipping costs, then the customer is charged €3 shipping costs for the change of the product (includes the return from you and the reshipment from us).

ii) In case the customer had paid shipping costs on the original order then the shipping costs for changing the product is FREE.

2) Defective product

In the event that you receive a product that has any defect, returns are accepted within 15 days from the date of ordering the product with return costs to be charged to Baqueeno. It is possible to buy any product with the same value or we will give you a voucher for future purchases or to get a refund.

3) Returns

Returns are accepted within 15 days of the date of product purchase with return shipping costs charged to the customer, provided the product is undamaged. Refunds are available upon request. If the above conditions are not met, returns will not be accepted.

4) Cancellation of your order

Your order can be canceled if it has not been shipped. You should contact to the SOONEST Baqueeno Customer Service directly via email at info@baqueeno.com or by phone at +30 6955650283 for Greece and +357 22254895 for Cyprus.

In case of sending the order and its subsequent cancellation, the return costs will be charged to the customer as well as the NOT receiving the parcel is requested.

In case of sending the order and not receiving it, the return costs are borne by the customer.

5) Partially Order Cancellation

In this case you should contact Baqueeno Customer Service in the above ways to cancel the part of the order you do not want.
